End User
License Agreement
This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) outlines the permitted uses, restrictions, and licensing structure for all typefaces distributed by AKSARA™ Std.
General Terms
By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using any font software provided by AKSARA™ Std, you agree to comply with the terms outlined in this agreement.
All typefaces remain the intellectual property of AKSARA™ Std. Purchasing a license grants usage rights only and does not transfer ownership of the font software itself.
You may not redistribute, resell, modify, convert, reverse engineer, sublicense, or share font files unless explicitly permitted under a separate written agreement.
Violation of these terms may result in termination of the license without refund.
Standard License
Commercial use for creating products, branding, packaging, social media content, and design projects. Paid advertising, website font embedding, trademark registration, and publishing require an upgrade.

Embed fonts directly on websites using CSS @font-face. Intended for displaying content on websites only. Does not permit user access to the font or design-tool functionality.

Trademark Policy
Certain licenses may allow usage for logos and trademark applications. However, the typeface itself remains the intellectual property of AKSARA™ Std.
Trademark registration does not grant exclusive ownership of the font design unless explicitly stated within a separate exclusive or buyout agreement.
Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of font software, all sales are final and non-refundable once the files have been downloaded or delivered.
